地理标记企业专利预警系统及其政策意蕴--以蓝田玉为例

Patent protection is the primary key issue that the geography-marked enterprise should focus on. Whether the early warning comes before the patent risk changes to the crisis is directly related to the enterprise's survival and development. Taking Lantian Jade as the example, the paper analyzes the status quo of the geography-marked enterprise's patent protection, and mainly conducts simulation demon-stration on the motivation of the patent protection&early-warning. On this basis, from the systematic perspective, the three-layer geogra-phy-marked enterprise patent early-warning system is built with two subsystems, eight dimensions and sixteen sub-modules. Moreover, the paper further discusses the policy implications for the geography-marked enterprise patent protection, in order to inspire the relevant works hopefully.%　　专利保护是地理标记企业应重点关注的首要问题，能否在专利风险转变为危机之前准确的预警，直接关系到地理标记企业的生存和发展。以蓝田玉为例，对地理标记企业的专利保护现状进行了分析，着重模拟论证了地理标记企业进行专利保护和预警的动因。在此基础上，基于系统观视角，构建了由专利预警主体子系统和专利预警内容子系统两个子系统、八个维度、十六个子模块组成的三层地理标记企业专利预警系统，进一步探讨了地理标记企业进行专利保护的政策意蕴，以期对加强地理标记企业专利预警和保护工作有所启发。
