基于网络嵌入的高新技术集群企业知识创新研究*

摘要

Based on the example of software clusters in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, the paper analyzed the effect of high-tech industrial cluster network embedding on cluster enterprise knowledge innovation under the three dimensions of node degree, centrality and structural holes. Furthermore, the paper analyzed the structural characteristics of software clusters in Hangzhou with social network analysis theory. The re-search showed that: The enterprise’s node degree, centrality and structural holes all have a positive influence on enterprise technological knowledge innovation. Software parks, well-known universities and star enterprises are in the core of the innovation network as the base of the cluster’s knowledge innovation. Finally, the paper proposed policy recommendations to enhance the cluster’s knowledge innovation performance.%　　以浙江省杭州软件集群为调查对象，应用社会网络分析理论，从节点度、中心度和结构洞三个维度，实证分析了高新技术集群企业网络嵌入程度对知识创新的影响，并进一步探讨了杭州软件集群知识创新网络结构属性。研究结果发现，集群企业的节点度、中心度和结构洞特征均对知识创新有显著正向影响；软件园区、高校、明星企业处于创新网络核心，是集群企业知识创新的基础。基于此，提出了提升集群企业知识创新绩效的相应政策建议。
