In recent years, the Internet has become an important measure of seeking and receiving social support for some AIDS patients. In the current study, content analysis method and social network analysis method were used to analyze the research subjects of 400 posts published in the Baidu“HIV Bar”, and information categories of social support and social support network were then analyzed. The analy-sis demonstrates that social support requests were far more frequent than social support provisions, and information support, compared to e-motional and instrumental supports, was the most frequently requested and provided type of social support, seeking advice and reference, and providing guidance and solutions were the most popular categories of informational social support. In the Baidu“HIV Bar”, the social support network was mainly composed of five core members, the closer to the center of social support network, the more frequently social support and greater amount of information being exchanged. Most members were in an edge position of the social support network, only receiving not providing social support.%近年来，互联网成为艾滋病患者寻求社会支持的主要手段。本研究采用内容分析法和社会网络分析法，以百度“HIV吧”中400条贴文作为研究对象，对社会支持信息类别和社会支持关系网进行分析。研究发现，社会支持的需求远大于社会支持供应，同情感类和现实类社会支持相比较，信息类社会支持是最被经常寻求和提供的类型，寻求建议和参考；提供引导和解决办法是信息类社会支持中最常出现的类别。百度“HIV吧”社会支持关系网主要由5名核心会员组成，越接近社会支持网络中心，社会支持交换越频繁，交换信息数量也越多。大部分会员处于社会支持网络边缘位置，只接收而不提供社会支持。
