突发灾难中受灾地社交媒体用户位置标注行为差异研究*--以“3.12运城地震”事件为例

     

摘要

[ Purpose/Significance] Geo-tagging provided by social media users in disaster area plays important roles in disaster emergen-cy response. Understanding differences of social media users' geotagging behavior in disaster area will contribute to formulating emergency response plans for different population groups. [ Method/Process] This study collected data of geo-tagging behavior of social media users of Yuncheng after earthquake in Yuncheng, China on 12th March, 2016 via SINA WEIBO. Based on the data, a Chi-square test was con-ducted to analyze the differences of social media users' geotagging behavior. [ Result/Conclusion] The main results are as follows: The geotagging rate in female, aged lower than 19, iOS users was significantly smaller than in male, aged over 19, Android users respectively;whereas, the geotagging rate in users of micro-blogging used shorter than half a year, microblog rank under LV9 was not significantly dif-ferent in users of micro-blogging used more than half a year, micro-blogging rank above LV9 respectively. This study suggests that social media should optimize the procedure of geo-tagging.%[目的/意义]受灾地区社交媒体用户标注的地理位置信息,在灾难应急响应中扮演着重要角色。研究受灾地区用户地理位置标注行为差异,将有助于制定针对不同人群的应急响应策略。[方法/过程]以“3.12运城地震”事件为例,通过新浪微博获取运城地区用户地理位置标注数据,并采用卡方检验对不同用户地理位置标注行为进行分析。[结果/结论]研究发现如下:女性用户中地理位置标注的比率显著低于男性的、19岁以下低龄用户中地理位置标注的比率显著低于19岁以上用户的、iOS用户地理位置标注的比率显著低于Android用户的;微博使用半年及以下者与微博使用半年以上者、微博等级LV9级及以下者与LV10级及以上者,则在地理位置标注上均没有显著性差异。在研究结果基础上,提出社交媒体在“地理位置标注”功能设置上的优化建议。
