基于众包的逆向物流企业竞争情报服务系统研究

摘要

Purpose/Significance] In the digital information era, it is important for reverse logistics enterprises to optimize the utilization efficiency of intelligence and solve the problems such as slower information updating speed, limited receiving channels, high operating costs, etc. [ Method/Process] Crowdsourcing is an online mode of production which transforms outsourcing into the popular mode. Uni-versal participation, infinite openness and borderless organization, and other characteristics are used to define the services range of crowdsourcing competitive intelligence, and improve the internal flow of intelligence information for reverse logistics enterprise. Based on computer servers, storage and other equipment, the crowdsourcing reverse logistics enterprise competitive intelligence service system is constructed applying network technologies pooling resources such as cloud services, Gaia and others. Finally, the system is analyzed and designed specifically by the example of GEM. [ Result/Conclusion] In conclusion, the implementation of competitive intelligence service system will enable an enterprise to realize the intelligent processing of the intelligence data information between the senders and the receiv-ing parties, accelerate renewable resource recovery advances in technology, promote sustained service for participation behavior of users, and provide efficient information service and decision support.%[目的/意义]本研究的目的是在数字信息时代背景下，解决信息更新速度较慢、接收渠道较少、运作成本较高等问题，提高逆向物流企业优化情报利用效率。[方法/过程]众包是将外包模式转为大众化的在线生产模式，通过利用众包的全民参与性、无限开放性与组织无边界特点，界定逆向物流企业众包式竞争情报服务范围，完善企业内部情报信息流程，以计算机服务器、存储器等设备为基础，运用云服务、Gaia等网络技术汇集资源，构建了众包式逆向物流企业竞争情报服务系统，并以格林美企业为例进行具体分析与设计。[结果/结论]结果发现该竞争情报服务系统的实施可实现发包方与接包方海量情报数据信息智能处理、再生资源化技术进步、用户参与行为持续开展的服务，为企业提供高效率情报服务及决策支持。
