[Purpose/Significance]The establishment of counterterrorism databases is an inevitable trend of this era,through the compari-son research on the construction of counterterrorism databases abroad,we can promote the establishment of a comprehensive counterterror-ism database in China so as to promptly and effectively combat terrorism. [Method/Process]The research focuses on the international counterterrorism databases built in the United States,Britain,France,Canada and other countries,mainly makes comparisons on the basic information,including the collection, integration and analysis of terrorism data and makes the comparative analysis of strengths and weak-nesses.[Result/Conclusion]Through comparative analysis, we can draw the basic framework and logic of establishing China's compre-hensive counterterrorism database in order to make innovations and breakthroughs at the theoretical level.%[目的/意义]建立反恐数据库是时代的必然趋势,通过对国外反恐数据库构建的比较研究,促进我国建立综合反恐数据库,及时有效打击恐怖主义.[方法/过程]以美国、英国、法国、加拿大等国家所建设的反恐数据库为对象,主要研究各反恐数据库中针对恐怖主义数据的收集、整合和分析的基本情况,进而在各个数据库间相互比较的基础上分析优劣.[结果/结论]通过比较分析,从而得出建立我国构建综合反恐数据库的基本框架及思路,以期在理论层面上有所创新和突破.
