[目的/意义]随着大数据时代的到来,科学研究进入"数据密集型科学发现"的第4种研究范式,科学数据的价值和管理的重要性已成为共识.主要基于国外高校已有的数据监护项目研究,探讨国内高校如何开展数据监护工作.[方法/过程]主要采用文献调研和内容分析法,对高校数据监护工作进行概述,进而分析高校数据监护实施的3大关键因素,构建基于大数据的国内高校数据监护的实施框架,最后给出高校开展数据监护的建议.[结果/结论]国内高校要开展数据监护工作,需要解决3方面的问题:需求、机制、技术.基于需求分析,机制构建,技术支持3个方面构建国内高校数据监护实施框架,为我国高校科研数据监护工作的开展提供了理论基础和实践参考.%[Purpose/Significance]In the era of big data,scientific research has entered into the fourth research paradigm of"data-inten-sive science",and the value of scientific data and the importance of management have acquired a consensus. On the basis of the existing data monitoring projects in foreign universities, this paper discusses how to carry out data monitoring work in domestic universities. [Method/Process]Using the methods of document investigation and content analysis,the paper firstly overviews the university data moni-toring work,then analyzes the three key factors to implement the data-monitoring,and constructs the implementation framework of data-monitoring in domestic universities based on big data. Finally,some suggestions on data-monitoring in colleges and universities are put forward.[Result/Conclusion]To carry out data-monitoring work,three problems need to be solved:demand,mechanism and technolo-gy. The paper constructs the implementation framework of data-monitoring in domestic universities based on demand analysis,mechanism construction and technical support,and the study provides theoretical basis and practical reference to the development of data-monitoring in domestic universities.
