According to the present invention, a device for matching a caring guardian and a caregiver applicant by using big data includes: an information storage unit which stores crucial information input by a caring guardian of a cared target requiring care and a caregiver applicant applying to be a caregiver through using respective terminals and requirement information requested by the caring guardian and the caregiver applicant; a type classification unit which classifies the caring guardians and caregiver applicants with matched information based on at least one of the crucial information and requirement information stored in the information storage unit; a type matching unit which compares and matches the information of caregiver applicants with the caring guardians requesting for the caregiver applicants with reference to information of the caregiver applicants classified by the type classification unit when the caring guardian requests for a caregiver applicant; and an information providing unit which provides the crucial information and requirement information of the caregiver applicants matched to the caring guardian by the type matching unit to the terminal of the caring guardian in the order of caregiver applicants with the highest matching rates.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
