气质联用仪对烟草中含氮杂环化合物的测定

摘要

A method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) for the determination of nitrogen-heterocyclic compounds such as pyrazines,pyridines and pyrrols in tobacco was developed.The content changes of nitrogen-heterocyclic compounds in different tobacco position,grade of maturity,nitrogenous fertilizer quantity,tobacco growing area,flue-cured progress,and cigarette quality were studied.
