流程控制理论在企业质量体系审核中的应用

摘要

企业的产品质量问题是由企业的生产流程或者生产支撑流程问题导致的,本文基于流程管理理论,通过对每个环节的流程体系进行分析,找出企业质量控制的关键点。依据流程控制关键点,并结合实际的质量体系审核经验,制定切实可行的企业质量审核关键点控制方法论。%The problems of product quality are caused by manufacture process or support process.Based on The theory of Process Management,the quality system of enterprise is regarded as assemblage of several group processes.The key points in quality systems auditors are found by analyzing process system.Combining the key points in quality systems auditors and the practise of auditors,methodology of key points in quality systems is established.
