采用石墨炉原子吸收法,同时用0.1g/100mL硝酸钯和1g/100mL抗坏血酸作为基体改进改剂,测定不锈钢食具容器中的砷迁移量。结果表明:方法的线性范围0-40μg /L,相关系数R≥0.995,方法检出限为0.001mg/dm2,精密度介于3.46%-6.75%,加标回收率85.6%-106.6%,方法简单、快速、准确度和精密度高,适用于测定不锈钢食具容器中的砷迁移量,效果满意。%In this paper, the migration arsenic from stainless steel food containers and table wares was determined by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry with 0.1g/100mL palladium nitrate and 1g/100mL ascorbic acid. The linear range of this method was 0-40μg/L, the correlation coefficient, R≥0.995, the detection limit, 0.001 mg/dm2, the recovery rate, 85.6%-106.6% and the precision, 3.46%-6.75% respectively. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive. It is fit for the determination of the migration arsenic from the stainless steel food containers and table wares.
