掺锑的纳米SnO2/WPU复合隔热涂层的制备与表征

         

摘要

Transparent and thermal insulation coatings were prepared from antimony doped nano-SnO2/waterborne polyurethane composite emulsion.It's found that thermal insulation is resulted from the absorbance of the infrared light by antimony doped nano-SnO2 particles in the composite coatings.Thermal insulation measurement results show that under illumination of sunlight,the temperature of the coated glass surface increases,while the temperature inside the measurement box decrease as much as 17.5℃.Therefore,antimony doped nano-SnO2/waterborne polyurethane composite coatings are cost effective thermal insulating coating due to many advantages such as low cost,chemically stable,and easy in process.%利用掺锑的纳米SnO2和水性聚氨酯(WPU)制备了透明隔热的复合涂层.实验发现涂层的隔热起因于涂层中掺锑的纳米SnO2粒子对红外线的吸收.隔热测试结果表明在阳光的照射下,涂层表面的温度升高,而测试箱内的温度最大下降17.5℃.实验制备的掺锑的纳米SnO2/WPU复合隔热涂层具有许多优点,如成本低、化学性能稳定、制作方便等,是一种性价比较高的隔热涂层.
