废弃混凝土代替部分生料对水泥熟料烧成过程的影响

     

摘要

Different proportions of waste concrete being added into cement raw meal respectively , were sintered at 1250℃ ,1350℃ ,and 1450℃ to simulate part of the cement sintering process ,the im-pacts of different proportions of concretes on cement calcination process and main minerals information were examined by XRD and SEM tools ,and the calcined cement clinkers were compared and analyzed with standard clinker .The results showed that the XRD characteristic peaks of main minerals in the cement clinkers calcined at different temperatures were obvious ,the minerals were informed normally , and the chemical ingredients of minerals were approximate to sample cement clinker .The change of the composition and morphology of cement clinker calcined with different proportions of concrete replaced partial the raw material was great .The adhesive and corrosive phenomenon of main minerals was pres-ented ,as the cement clinkers calcined by 30% concretes replacing partial raw material contained high contents of Al ,Fe and Si elements ,the information of C3 S was blocked and the cement mineral was in-formed poorly ,in contrast ,the adhesive and corrosive phenomenon of main mineral appeared less while the cement mineral was informed better the cement clinkers calined in the 15% concretes repla-cing partial raw material .%在水泥生料中分别添加不同比例的废弃混凝土,并在1250℃、1350℃、1450℃下煅烧,模拟水泥烧成的部分过程,利用XRD、SEM 等表征手段考察分析了混凝土掺入比例对水泥熟料煅烧过程主要矿物形成的影响,并将煅烧生成的水泥熟料与标准熟料进行了对比分析。结果表明,在不同煅烧温度下烧成的水泥熟料中主要矿物的X RD特征峰明显,矿物形成正常,并与对比试样水泥熟料矿物的化学成分相近。不同比例混凝土代替部分生料烧制的水泥熟料组成及形貌的变化有明显的区别,30%混凝土替代部分生料烧制的水泥熟料因Al、Fe和Si元素含量较高而出现主要矿物粘结和熔蚀现象,阻碍C3 S的形成,水泥矿物发育较差,而15%混凝土替代部分生料烧制的水泥熟料矿物发育良好,主要矿物粘结和熔蚀较少。
