Chopin’s F major ballade is a skillful and expressive piano works .Its peculiar conception and strong contrast often make the performers misunderstand its wholeness .This article analyzes its crea‐tion characteristics and makes a detailed discussion about its performing skills and music content .It points out that we could master it based on skills and perform it under the guidance of its creation characteristics .%　　肖邦《F大调叙事曲》是一首极具技巧性和表现性的钢琴作品，其独特的构思，强烈的对比往往会让演奏者对其完整性产生误解。本文以分析《F大调叙事曲》的创作特征为契机，对其演奏技巧及音乐内容发掘进行了较为详细的论述，提出应以技巧为基础，以创作特征指导演奏，才能够在宏观上和微观上全面地把握作品。
