论高校与学生间纠纷校内解决机制的构建与完善

摘要

当前，高等教育领域学校与学生之间纠纷呈多发趋势，学校传统的管理手段正面临严峻挑战。面对新的形势，迫切需要高校切实增强运用法治思维，依法健全校内权利救济和纠纷解决的有效机制。本文在阐述和分析我国高校与学生间纠纷校内解决机制的现状及目前存在的主要问题，并在具体分析建立校内纠纷解决机制的紧迫性和必要性基础上，提出应通过构建和完善学生事务公开制度、听证制度、申诉制度与调解等制度，完善高校与学生间纠纷的校内解决机制。%When more disputes between school and students happen in colleges and universities ,tradi-tional administrative methods are challenged . Under this new condition ,an effective system of inner-school right protection and dispute solving on the foundation of law regulation is urgently needed .In this essay ,with urgency and necessity under consideration ,current state and problems of school-student dis-pute solving system in universities are discussed and how to establish and improve an inner -school dispute solving system is proposed .To be specific ,systems of student affair publicity ,audition ,appealing as well as meditation should be formed to perfect the inner school dispute solving system .
