Feng Yuxiang adopted the revolution policy of uniting Russia ,Communists and aiding the peasants and workers ,hoping to build a dependable base for the Northwest Army in northwest area by connecting with the provincial chairmen .Chiang Kai‐shek acted in an opposite way and launched the Cen‐tral Plain War .He differentiated these provincial chairmen .He also ignored Feng Yuxiang's suggestion and launched the civil war against communists and people ,which ended in failure .%冯玉祥执行联俄、联共、扶助农工的革命政策，对西北地区的省主席加意联络，希望把西北地区建成西北军的可靠基地。蒋介石反其道而行之，发动中原大战，把这些省主席分化了出去。又不听冯玉祥的忠告。发动反共人民的内战，以失败告终。
