艺术设计专业毕业大学生自主创业现状分析及对策研究

摘要

The unemployment of college graduates is becoming a noticeable problem now .Great stress in laid on it by Chinese government .More policies are made to release the unemployment pressure .To stimulate self‐employed career is an effective way to solve the problem with the huge room for it in the na‐tion .The paper analyzes the successful cases of self‐employment of art design graduate and proposes some solutions from the aspects of preparation work ,management and interpersonal relationship to the college graduates .%大学毕业生就业难问题近年来比较凸显，国家十分重视，并出台相关政策，缓解就业压力，鼓励创业是一个行之有效的办法，而且我国的创业空间也很大。笔者对艺术设计类专业学生成功创业的案例进行分析，从创业准备、经营管理、人际关系处理等方面提出大学毕业生创业的具体对策。
