山东潍坊汉族4项人类群体遗传学指标的研究

摘要

目的：研究山东潍坊汉族4项人类群体遗传学特征。方法：2011-07在山东寿光采用随机整群抽样方法调查了370例(男215例，女155例)汉族的4项人类群体遗传学指标。结果：(1)χ²检验显示，山东潍坊汉族拇指过伸率、环指长率、指甲扁形率均男性高于女性；(2)u检验显示，在我国族群中山东潍坊汉族拇指过伸型率很高，环指长率、指甲扁型率均较低；(3)山东潍坊汉族与手足相关的4项指标间无相关性。结论：山东潍坊汉族的4项遗传指标具有北方族群特征。%Objective:Study on 4 human population genetic characters of Han in Weifang in Shandong. Methods:A sample of 370 middle school students(215 males,155 females) of Han was in-vestigated on 4 human population genetic characters in Shouguang county of Shandong province. Results:χ²-test shows that the hyperextension thumb,ring finger and flat nail of males are higher than that of females. u-test shows that hyperextension thumb have high percentages in Chinese ethnic groups,but there are low percentages in ring finger and flat nail. There are no correlations among 4 characters hand and foot. Conclusion:The 4 human population genetic characters in Shandong have the characteristics of northern ethnic groups.
