正交试验优选蒙药狗尾草果实中总鞣质的提取工艺研究

摘要

目的:优选蒙药狗尾草果实中总鞣质的最佳提取工艺.方法:采用正交试验法L9(34)设计该试验,以狗尾草果实中的总鞣质含量作为考察指标,采用络合滴定法测定含量,考查影响鞣质提取的因素,优化狗尾草果实中总鞣质的提取方法和条件.结果:优选工艺为选用12倍药材量的70％丙酮,超声提取1h,功率70 W.结论:优选工艺提取的总鞣质含量较高,该工艺合理可行.%Objective:To optimize the extraction conditions for total tannin from Setaria viridis (L.) Beauv.ripe fruits.Methods:Orthogonal test was used to screen the optimal the extraction conditions.The content of total tannin was choosed as the assessment index,compleximetry was used for the measurement.Results:The best conditions for the extraction process were as followed.The ratio of material to solution as 1∶12,70％ acetone solution,extracting for 60 minutes by ultrasonic wave.Conclusion:The optimum extraction process is reliable with higher extracting ratio of the active components.
