LED红光联合外用他克莫司治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的疗效分析

摘要

Objective:To discuss the effect of LED red light combined with tacrolimus on facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis. Methods:56 cases with facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group,each group has 28 cases. All patients were given oral administration of epinastine(10 mg,once daily);At the same time,the control group used 0 . 1%Tacrolimus ointment on the skin lesion twice daily while the treatment group use the method described above combined with LED red light(15 minutes per time,twice a week) . The course of treatment are 5 weeks. The effect was measured respectively at week 1,3, and 5. Results:After treatment of 3 and 5 weeks,the effective rates in treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group,there were statistical differences(P<0. 05). The group of red light treatment can reduce the side effect of tacrolimus on the treatment of facial corticosteroid dpendent dermatitis. Conclusion:LED red light combined with tacrolimus is an effective and safe way in treating facial corticosteroid dpendent dermatitis.%目的：探讨LED红光联合他莫克司软膏治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法：选择56例面部激素依赖性皮炎病人,随机分为联合治疗组和对照组各28例。所有病人均给予口服依匹斯汀10 mg/次,1次/d治疗；对照组同时给予0.1%他克莫司软膏患处皮肤外用,2次/d；治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上联合LED红光照射治疗,15 min/次,2次/wk。疗程共5wk,分别于治疗第1、3及5wk时做疗效判定。结果：联合治疗组在治疗第3 wk、5 wk后的有效率均显著高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且联合红光治疗后,可减少他克莫司在激素依赖性皮炎治疗中不良反应的发生。结论：LED红光联合0.1%他克莫司治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效显著,安全可靠。
