济南西客站站前广场地下工程BIM应用

摘要

There were lots of difficulty in Jinan West Railway Station project implementation process, such as Large scale, complex pipeline, huge amount of engineering quantity and install difficulty. In order to ensure the project delivered on schedule, owners′ request to introduce BIM to solve the problem. The article first introduces the meaning of BIM and the application situation in our country, then it summarizes the characteristics of the project, to clarify the importance of the introduction of BIM. Combined with the actual project, the author explained the contents of the BIM applications, methods and tools, listed the effect of BIM in the project application, analyzed the application of value and summed up the difficulties and shortcomings. Finally, the author made a summary of the development of BIM applications.%济南西客站工程实施过程中存在规模大、管线多而复杂、工程量统计不易、安装难度大等困难，为确保工程工期、安装质量与经济效益，业主要求引入BIM来解决问题。文章首先介绍了BIM的含义及在我国应用的状况，概括了该工程特点，阐明引入BIM的重要性。结合项目实际，分别从BIM管线综合、工程量统计及4D施工模拟三方面详细阐述BIM应用的内容、方法及主要工具，并通过归列BIM在该项目中应用的效果，分析了其应用价值，总结出其难点与不足。最后对BIM应用的发展做出总结。
