基于BIM技术的地铁车站机电综合管线排布应用

         

摘要

The mechanical and electrical installation engineering of subway station involves ventilation and air conditioning, water supply and drainage and fire-fighting, low-voltage distribution and lighting, and weak current systems. The comprehensive arrangement of four major professional pipelines are the difficult part of the construc-tion design stage. The line between different professional configuration designs needs to meet design and construc-tion specifications and maintenance requirements. This article mainly discusses the collision between professional models and introduces professional model collision point classification, collision detection process, setting of test condition, and collision preparation of reports. From the summaries of the reports of Suyuan station, it shows that air duct, the building structure and electric bridge need to be considered much more than others. In the end, the article summerizes the application prospect and existing problems of BIM technology in electromechanical integrated pipeline configuration of subway stations.%地铁车站机电安装工程,涉及通风空调、给排水及消防、低压配电及照明以及弱电系统。四大专业管线综合排布是施工深化设计阶段的重难点部分,不同专业之间的管线排布设计需要满足设计规范以及施工、维护要求。本文主要通过地铁机电安装各专业模型之间碰撞工作,介绍专业模型碰撞点分类、模型碰撞检测流程、检测条件的设置、碰撞报告的编制,以苏元站为例,根据碰撞碰撞报告对综合管线进行优化,提前设定预留孔洞;同时统计多个车站的碰撞点,得出通风与空调专业大系统和小系统的风管、土建结构以及动力配电桥架是产生碰撞点重要因素。文章最后总结基于BIM技术的地铁车站机电综合管线排布应用前景及存在的问题。
