内生变量语境下的中小企业创新模式研究

摘要

SMEs play an important role in economic development in our country ,but because of its limited resources ,the deficien-cy of weak anti - risk ability ,the improvement of innovation ability becomes the key to SME’s survival and development .Previous scholars mainly build the construction of SME’s innovation model and system from its external factors , such as government ,universities and research institutions ,social intermediary service system ,enterprise groups .This paper attempts from the endogenous variables of SMEs , to build more perfect SME’s innovation model and system ,to provide more scientific decision - making for the SME’s innovation model choice ,and the government should pay more attention to guide , to help SMEs to strengthen themselves , using suitable management techniques and methods to lay a solid foundation for its future innovation ,from the external environment .And the government should create a good exter-nal environment for innovation from the system guarantee , social service , the reasonable competition and market mechanism for SMEs to promote the innovation of SMEs .%中小企业在我国经济发展中起着至关重要的作用，但由于其具有资源有限、抗风险能力弱等先天不足，创新能力的提升成为中小企业生存、发展的关键。以往众多学者主要从企业外部因素，诸如政府、高校及科研机构、社会中介服务体系、企业群体等着手；本文从中小企业内生变量角度，构建更为完善的中小企业创新模式和体系，给决策部门提供更为科学的路径选择，即政府应更注重引导、帮助中小企业加强自身建设，运用适合创新的管理技术和方法为其今后的创新活动打下坚实基础，从外部变量看，政府应从制度保障、社会化服务、合理竞争、市场机制等角度为中小企业创设良好的适合创新的外部环境，以推动中小企业的创新活动。
