基于主成分--粗糙集方法的战略性新兴产业创新驱动绩效评价--以战略性新兴产业上市公司为样本

摘要

Taking listed firms on domestic strategic emerging industries as samples , this paper established an evaluation index sys-tem on influence factor of enterprises'performance and got the key factors based on PCA -Rough set theory .The results showed that :(1) the R&D intensity , return of investment capital and market structure were core influence factors ;(2) technology innovation was the key of innovation-driven performance;(3 ) management innovation was the basis of innovation -driven performance ;(4 ) external innovation environment was the protection of innovation -driven performance ; (5 ) the improvement of enterprises'performance needed equilibrium and coordination among technology innovation , management innovation and external innovation environment .%本文以国内战略性新兴产业上市公司为样本，从创新驱动的角度构建了企业绩效影响因素的评价指标体系，并运用主成分———粗糙集方法进行评价分析。结论表明：研发投入强度、投入资本回报率和市场结构是核心影响因素；技术创新是创新驱动绩效的关键；管理创新是创新驱动绩效的基础；外部创新环境是创新驱动绩效的保障；企业绩效的提高需要技术创新、管理创新和外部创新环境的平衡与协同。
