Objective To investigate the effect of sodium hyaluronate gel in the prevention of intrauterine adhesion after abactio. Methods 225 patients in our department for abactio, according to whether the use of sodium hyaluronate gel divided into control group and observation group, 88 cases in the control group are treated by conventional help uterine contraction and infection prevention, 137 cases of the observation group are treated by postoperative uterine cavity injection of sodium hyaluronate gel, more than the same treatment the control group. The postoperative related conditions were compared between the two groups. Results The time of vaginal bleeding and menstrual reflow in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group. The incidence of intrauterine adhesions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significantP＜0.05).There was no significant difference in other complications in the observation group compared with the control group (P＞0.05). Conclusion The use of sodium hyaluronate gel after abactio can effectively prevent intrauterine adhesion, protect endometrium, and has no obvious adverse reactions, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的:探讨透明质酸钠凝胶运用于人工流产术后预防宫腔粘连效果.方法:选取在我科行人工流产术患者225例,按患者是否使用透明质酸钠凝胶分为对照组和观察组,对照组88例,术后常规助子宫收缩及预防感染,观察组137例,术后宫腔内注射透明质酸钠凝胶,余治疗同对照组.对比两组患者术后相关情况.结果:观察组阴道流血时间、月经复潮时间明显早于对照组,观察组术后宫腔粘连发生率明显低于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义 (P＜0.05);观察组其他并发症与对照组相比无明显差异 (P＞0.05).结论:在人工流产术后使用透明质酸钠凝胶,可有效预防宫腔粘连,保护子宫内膜,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广.
