健康体检人群糖化血红蛋白检测在糖尿病诊断上的意义

摘要

目的:探讨糖化血红蛋白(GHbA1c)在健康人群体检中诊断糖尿病的价值.方法:对570名于我院体检的中老年人进行空腹血糖检测、糖化血红蛋白检测以及OGTT试验,计算糖化血红蛋白的灵敏度、特异度和阳性预测值.结果:本次研究中,GHbAlc的灵敏度、特异度和阳性预测值分别为97.73％,94.39％,75.44％.结论:中老年人应定期体检,检测GHbAlc或(和)空腹血糖,以早期发现血糖异常并进行正确的生活方式干预及治疗.%Objective To explore the value of glycosylated hemoglobin (GHbA1c) in the diagnosis of diabetes during health examination. Methods Fasting blood glucose test, glycosylated hemoglobin test and OGTT test are provided for 570 middle-aged and elderly people coming to our hospital for health examination. Then, the sensitivity, specificity and positive predictive value of glycosylated hemoglobin were calculated. Results In this study, the sensitivity, specificity and positive predictive value of GHbAlc were 97.73％, 94.39％, and 75.44％, respectively. Conclusions The middle-aged and old people should have regular physical examination to detect GHbAlc or (and) fasting blood glucose in order to find abnormal blood sugar early and carry out correct lifestyle intervention and treatment.
