岩石在盘形滚刀作用下的性能研究

         

摘要

考虑岩石的各向异性,深入研究了岩石在盘形滚刀作用下的形变和剥落特点,建立了岩石在盘形滚刀作用下的力学模型,给出了岩石在盘形滚刀作用下形变的几何方程、物理方程和平衡方程。并通过对岩石在盘形滚刀垂直载荷和平面滚压载荷作用下的试验观察,提出在盘形滚刀垂直力的计算中以盘形滚刀侵入岩石而在岩石表面形成面积(双曲线围成)上的平均应力代替岩石的杨氏模量;在滚动力的计算中以岩石的抗拉强度代替剪切弹性模量,以抗剪强度代替A常数;盘形滚刀破岩侧向力计算中的岩石性能参数则取用杨氏模量。将此方案用于所建立的的力学模型,求得了盘形滚刀破岩的垂直力、滚动力和侧向力;计算结果均比已有压痕试验求得的垂直力、线性滚压岩石试验求得的垂直力和滚动力更精确。计算还获得了盘形滚刀破岩的侧向力,其结果也通过了试验验证。%In order to better understand the responsive patterns of 3-D spatiality of rock breaking effect of disc cutter and the anisotropism of rocks, a motion model for rock breaking by disc cutter is established, which is based on the study of the resulted deformation and desquamation features of rock, and applies the geometric equation, physical equation and equilibrium equation. Meanwhile, based on experimental observation and study of the indention and rolling of disc cutter on the rock, a theory is presented. The theory can be described as that for calculation of vertical force of disc cutter, Young's modulus shall be in the form of mean stress of the rock surface formed by the penetration of the disc cutter (the area of the rock surface is shown by the hyperbola). For computation of rolling force, the shear elastic modulus shall be taken as tensile strength, while the constant A shall be taken as the shear strength of the rock. For the calculation of the lateral force under the condition of rock breaking by disc cutter, the Young's modulus shall be taken as the performance parameter of the rock. This theory is applied to the disc cutter motion model for rock breaking. As result, the vertical force, and rolling force, as well as lateral force are worked out, which are more precise than the vertical force resulted from the indentation test and the verti- cal force and rolling force derived from the linear rolling test. The lateral force of rock breaking are also revealed, and verified by test.
