康巴藏区民族基础教育发展面临的困境及可持续发展路径探讨

摘要

建设团结民主、富裕文明、和谐的社会主义新藏区，首先要有新型的农牧民，而教育在建设社会主义新藏区中担负着光荣的使命。从2009年起，康巴藏区相关部门也出台了关于发展民族教育的一系列奖励资助政策，但藏区民族基础教育发展面临的困境尚未破解。因此，继续探讨康巴藏区民族基础教育的可持续发展路径很有必要。%the socialism new area construction unity and democracy,rich and civilized,harmonious, first of all to have a model of farmers and herdsmen,andeducation in the construction of socialist new zone in the glorious mission.From 2009 onwards,the Tibetan Kham relevant departments have also in-troduced on the development of national education,a series of awards funding policy,but facesthe Ti-betan national basic education development dilemma has not cracked.Therefore,it is necessary to sus-tainable development path to discuss the Kham Tibetan national basic education development.
