乡村旅游扶贫成效评估体系及其影响因素研究

摘要

The rapid development of rural tourism has become an important way to get rid of poverty for China's poorest farmers,and rural tourism in poverty reduction has been listed as one of poverty alle-viation and development priorities.How and what will the effectiveness of rural tourism for Poverty Al-leviation be? Based on full investigation,the thesis has built an evaluation index system composition of economic results,social benefits and ecological benefits.The data of 158 observation points in China has been evaluated.Finally,proposals such as improving awareness and perfect work mechanism,innova-ting work mode,Government and market’s role,and increasing input and policy supply and effective-ness,and strengthen introducing talents have been put forward to improve the effect of rural tourism poverty alleviation proj ect.%快速发展的乡村旅游已经成为带动中国贫困人口脱贫致富的重要方式，为此，乡村旅游扶贫工作已被国家列为扶贫开发重点工作之一。乡村旅游扶贫成效究竟如何，哪些地方有待进一步改进？基于充分调研的基础上，文章构建了经济效益、社会效益以及生态效益等因素组成的评估指标体系，结合设置在全国的158个观测点数据，对我国目前扶贫成效进行评析，并从提高认识和完善工作机制、创新模式，发挥政府和市场两个作用、加大投入，增加政策供给精准性和有效性、加强指导，强化人才和智力支持等方面提出建议。
