湖州海岛教案与晚清商绅公平交涉理念

摘要

湖州海岛教案是晚清教案中一个得以成功解决的特例。考察这个案例，发现成功的原因在于湖州商绅的作用，而考究商绅行为的源动力，则主要缘于他们所蕴含的自主与理性的公平交涉理念使然。而湖州商绅之所以具有这一理念，则因为其具有一定独立人格和理性行为。%The case of Huzhou island is a special case successfully solved in late Qing dynasty.By the examination of the case,we find the success of solving the case lies in Huzhou gentry’s role.And the driving force of the behavior is mainly from their characteristics of reasonable negotiation.The causes of the characteristic are the independent personality and reasonable behaviors.Then the issue launches en-lightenment about the characteristic .
