基于FAHP-TOPSIS的医疗设备制造企业供应商选择研究

供应商作为制造企业的战略合作伙伴，越来越受到企业的重视，故供应商的选择与评价也成为供应链管理的重点之一。从供应链管理的视角出发，对医疗设备制造企业进行分析，采用FAHP-TOPSIS的模型构建供应商评估指标体系和评价优选供应商，并通过实证分析证实了该模型的可行性。%As strategic partners of manufacturing enterprises, suppliers have been increasingly importance attached to enterprises, the supplier selection and evaluation has become one of the key factors in supply chain management. From the perspective of supply chain management, analyzes medical equipment manufacturing enterprises, and applies FAHP-TOPSIS model to construct the supplier evaluation index system for evaluation and selection of suppliers. And the feasibil-ity of the model is confirmed by empirical analysis.
