新农村绿色型社区建设探析

新农村绿色型社区建设应突出以人为本的目标导向,注重卫生清洁、环境美丽,注重资源节约、循环利用,坚持生活、生产方式生态化,城镇化功能区布局合理,居民生活文明;坚持发展经济与环境保护相统一的原则,坚持统筹兼顾与因地制宜相结合的原则,坚持政府主导与居民主体相结合的原则,坚持德治和法治相结合的原则,把绿色型社区建设成为节约型社区、循环性社区、环保型社区、创新型社区、卫生型社区、文明型社区.%The construction of green communities in new countryside stresses the people-oriented goal orientation.It pays attention to clean and beautiful environment,focuses on resource conservation and recycling,and adheres to the ecological mode of the life and production.The layout of the urban functional areas is reasonable,in which all the residents lead a civilized life.People should adhere to the the principles of combining economy development with environment protection,the overall plans with local conditions,government's leadership with residents as subject,rule of virtue with rule of law.The goal is to build the green communities into resource-saving communities,environment-protecting community,circular communities,innovative communities,healthy communities and civilized communities.
