产业集群理论与湖南高新技术产业的发展

摘要

新形势下,湖南省高新技术产业的规模化、集团化、集群化的发展态势愈加明显,但在产业结构、产学研结合等方面还存在诸多问题,应通过优化高新技术产业开发区布局、出台引导和鼓励高新技术产业集群发展的产业政策、加快产学研合作步伐等举措,大力推动湖南省高新技术产业向着集群化方向发展.%Although the developing trends on the scale,grouping and clustering of High-tech industries in Hunan province have become increasingly apparent under the new situation,there are still many problems in industrial structures and the model of enterprise-university-institute cooperation,etc.We should optimize the layout of high-tech industrial development zones,introduce industrial policies to guide and encourage the development of high-tech industrial clusters,accelerate the pace of cooperation initiatives,promote the high-tech industries in Hunan province toward cluster development vigorously.
