论中国特色社会主义法治道路的本质特征∗

摘要

The Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party laid that un-swervingly follow the path of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristic,which means the path of so-cialist rule of law with Chinese characteristic has been formed.This path indicated four essential features, that is:This path of rule of law is on the base of the primary stage of socialism;The path of rule of law is leaded and promoted by the ruling party;The path of rule of law emphasizes exercising the state power in accordance with law;The path is based on China’s national conditions,and absorbs fruits of the civiliza-tion of rule of law achieved by human societies.%2014年10月召开的中国共产党十八届四中全会明确指出“坚定不移走中国特色社会主义法治道路”，这标志着中国特色社会主义法治道路已经形成。其本质特征主要体现在四个方面，即在社会主义初级阶段基础上的法治道路；由执政党直接领导和推进的法治道路；突出依法执政的法治道路；立足中国国情，并吸取人类其他法治有益经验的法治道路。
