新建地方本科院校发展基本动力探析

摘要

新建本科院校是高等教育大众化的产物,自1990年代以来,我国社会处于转型时期,经济、政治体制的改革,深刻地影响着新建本科院校的时空分布及其发展。在大众化时期,新建本科院校需要把握宏观环境,契合区域环境,均衡其发展的原始动力、直接动力和内在动力,在与环境进行充分的物能交换过程中,形成各自独特的层系生态位,从而促进高等教育系统向生态平衡演进。%Newly built local colleges are a product of the popularity of higher education.Since 1990s,our society is in transition,economic and political reform,profoundly impact on the spatial and temporal distribution and its development of newly built local colleges.During popular period,they need to grasp the macro environment,fit the regional environment,balance development of its original power,direct power and intrinsic motivation,and in the process of material and energy exchange,they form their unique niche of strata,in order to promote the ecological balance evolution of higher education system.
