境外投机资本对我国股市的影响及监管研究

境外投机资本进入我国股市,对我国宏观经济调控、实体经济、金融、社会环境等各方面带来了巨大的负面影响。对境外投机资本进行监管是非常必要的,应鼓励国内企业对外投资、形成资本双向流动,对境外投机资金进入我国股市的渠道进行严格管制,加强我国相关部门的协同合作能力,建立监控、防范境外投机资本进入股市的联动机制,尽快完善我国外汇市场制度,减轻境外投机资本流入对我国股市的压力。%The coming of overseas speculative capital into China＇s stock market has brought a tremendous negative impact on China＇s macroeconomic regulation and control,the real economy,financial,social environment and other aspects.It is necessary to regulate the overseas speculative capital.We should encourage domestic enterprises to invest overseas and form the two-way flow of capital,strictly control on the channels of overseas speculative capital into China＇s stock market,strengthen the collaboration capabilities of China＇s relevant departments,establish the linkage mechanism of monitoring and preventing overseas speculative capital into the stock market,improve the system of China＇s foreign exchange market as soon as possible to reduce the overseas speculative capital inflow pressure of the stock market.
