价值链分析在医院成本管理中的应用——基于公立医院的调查问卷分析

价值链分析拓展了公立医院成本管理的范围,强化了医院价值活动各环节的联系. 本文通过对公立医院成本管理的问卷调查,梳理公立医院成本管理增值环节与非增值环节,探索医疗产业价值链与医院内部价值链成本管理的应对措施.%Value chain analysis expands the scope of cost management in public hospitals, strengthens every link of the hospital value activities. In this paper, we analyze the value added and non value added link of public hospital's cost management through the questionnaire survey, in order to explore countermeasures of cost management of medical industry value chain and the internal value chain.
