自发性低颅压综合征磁共振成像表现

摘要

目的 探讨自发性低颅压综合征的临床和影像学特点提高诊治水平.方法 对19例自发性低颅压综合征患者资料进行回顾性分析.结果 自发性低颅压综合征典型直立性头痛以及头颅核磁共振增强扫描所示的硬膜广泛异常强化.结论 腰椎穿刺测压不是诊断的唯一依据,典型的临床表现和核磁共振特征有助于诊断.%Objective To investigate clinical characteristics of clinical and MR imaging in spontaneous intracrnial hypotension syndrome and enhance the level of diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods 19 cases of spontaneous intracrnial hypotension syndrome were analyzed retrospectively.Results spontaneous intracrnial hypotension syndrome had typical orthostatic headache and diffuse pachymningeal hyperintensity on MRI.Conclusion a low pressure prowed by lumber puncture is not the only condithion to make the diagnosis,however,the typical manifestations and the signs of MR imaging mag Iesd to the final disgnosis.
