李元聪教授治疗口腔黏膜下纤维化临证经验

摘要

口腔黏膜下纤维化(oral submucous fibrosis, OSF)属于渐进性和炎症性的黏膜纤维化,具有癌变倾向.李元聪教授结合数十年的临床经验,依据病因病机将口腔黏膜下纤维化分为气滞血瘀证、痰毒蕴结证及气血亏虚证,分别采用理气活血,化瘀软坚;理气化痰,软坚散结;补益气血,调和营卫法,获得良好疗效.%Oral submucous fibrosis (OSF) is a progressive and inflammatory mucosal fibrosis disease with cancerous tendency.
