三峡梯级水电站日优化运行研究

         

摘要

For the daily scheduling problem of the Three Gorges (TG) cascaded hydroelectric plants, the selected objective function requires minimization of the value of energy used by turbines and spillways of the TG cascaded plants during the studied period, while meeting a predefined power demand and providing sufficient reserve capabilities. A Lagrangian Relaxation (LR) algorithm has been successfully implemented in the daily optimal scheduling, and the schedule is further refined in the real- time frame using a dynamic programming (DP) solution to assure the security, reliability, real - time and economy of the system operation. The coupling constraints, power demand and the spinning reserve etc., are taken into account by Lagrangian multipliers. The factors such as variable head and time delays are also considered in the solution. The case study based on the data of the TG cascade simulation operation shows that the schema is efficient and practical. It can be applied for the online scheduling and real- time operation.%针对三峡梯级水电站日优化分配问题,在满足给定梯级负荷和提供足够备用容量的情况下,使得梯级耗能最小.本文应用拉格朗日松弛法求解梯级日优化问题,应用拉格朗日乘子松弛系统耦合约束,考虑电站变水头和站间水流时滞的影响,进行梯级电站的负荷优化分配,并将分配计划应用于实时运行当中.实例研究表明,该方法有效、实用,能够实现在线优化和实时运行.
