社交媒体：概念、发展历程、特征与未来——兼谈当下对社交媒体认识的模糊之处

摘要

社交媒体（socialmedia）如今已经成为一个相当热门的话题。但是学术界对于社交媒体概念的界定和理解仍处于相对混乱的状态。本文通过对国内外文献的梳理，试图厘清社交媒体的概念边界，追溯其发展历程，归纳和阐释其主要特征，并在此基础上反思社交媒体及相关研究现状，讨论其未来发展方向。%Social media is now a hotly discussed issue all around the world. However, the Chinese Academic Circle remains relatively ambiguous towards its definition and comprehension. This paper attempts to clarify the definition and features of Social media through the literature review. Based on retrospection of its history and the current studies, this paper tries to rethink profoundly of the development of Social media. In the end, the paper has a discussion of the direction of future.
