讯问人员心理压力及其应对的实证性研究

摘要

讯问工作所具有的高负荷、高应激的特点决定了讯问人员是心理失调的高发人群。针对当前讯问人员心理压力的现状和存在的问题，需从讯问人员个体预防和优化工作机制方面采取有针对性的举措加以解决。%Because the characteristics of interrogation works are high load and high stress, the interrogators are high risk population bearing psychological pressure. We put forward some prevention and mitigation solutions for the current status of interrogation personnel psychological pressure and problems from the perspective of interrogators individual prevention and optimization mechanism.
