Objective To examine the health-related quality of life and related influential factors in left-behind women in rural area. Methods The demographic data Questionnaire, the Short Form 36 Health Survey Scale, Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale, Perceived Social Support Scale, Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire, The Perceived Stress Scale were completed by a sample of 987 left-behind women and 984 control women. Results ① left -behind women had lower physical functioning, role-physical, vitality, role-emotional, physical component summary and mental component summary score than control women (P<0.05). ② The results of logistic regression analysis showed that the influential factors on physical component summary of rural women were left behind status, age, monthly income, physical health status, stress and depression, the influential factors on mental component summary of rural women were left behind status, monthly income, physical health status, negative coping styles, social support, stress, depression. Conclusion Left-behind women had lower health-related quality of life than control women, and were related to left behind status, age, monthly income, physical health status, negative coping styles, social support, stress and depression.%目的:探讨浏阳市农村留守妇女生活质量及其相关心理社会影响因素.方法:使用人口学资料调查、SF-36健康调查量表、流调中心用抑郁量表、领悟社会支持量表、简易应对方式问卷和感知压力量表对987名农村留守妇女、984名对照妇女进行调查.结果:①留守妇女的生理机能、生理职能、精力、情感职能及生理、心理健康综合评分均显著低于非留守妇女(P＜0.05).②Logistic回归分析结果表明,农村妇女生理健康综合评分的影响因素有是否留守、年龄、家庭月收入、个人健康状况、生活事件及抑郁症状；农村妇女心理健康综合评分的影响因素有是否留守、家庭月收入、个人健康状况、消极应对方式、社会支持、生活事件及抑郁症状.结论:留守妇女的生活质量较非留守妇女差,是否留守、年龄、家庭月收入、个人健康状况、消极应对方式、社会支持、生活事件及抑郁症状为其主要因素.
