长沙市某区不同健康状况居民食品标签认知度调查

         

摘要

Objective Understand the awareness of different health status of the population to food labeling. Provide a theoretical basis for health education to all kinds of people. Methods Using stratified cluster random sampling method, Survey 3000 resident using questionnaire. Including basic information, State of health and awareness of food labels. Results food labels knowledge average score (41.72 ± 14.8); a history of the disease than in healthy people resident score; ranking former residents of three diseases were: hypertension (21.5%), diabetes (18.0%) and cardiovascular disease (16.5%); Shiju Min different diseases in different score, which scored the highest diabetes. Conclusions Residents lack of knowledge on food labels, the main factors affecting their score is: the health of residents. Residents onset of three major diseases are: high blood pressure, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.%目的:了解长沙市某区不同健康状况居民对食品标签的认知度,为各类人群进行针对性的宣教提供依据。方法:在该地区采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,按地域分层,使用自制问卷共调查6个社区中3000名居民的基本信息,健康状况和食品标签知识得分。结果:该区居民食品标签知识平均得分(41.72±14.8);有疾病史的居民得分高于健康人群;316名有疾病史居民中排名前3位的疾病分别是:高血压(21.5%)、糖尿病(18.0%)和心脑血管疾病(16.5%);疾病史不同的居民得分存在差异,其中,糖尿病患者得分最高。结论:长沙市该区居民对食品标签知识总的认知度不够,影响其得分的主要因素为:居民的健康状况及疾病史的具体种类。影响居民生活质量最主要的3类疾病分别是:高血压、糖尿病和心脑血管疾病。
