The quantum correction to vacuum solution of the Barriola-Vilenkin(BV) black hole is perturbatively found by using a two dimensional(2D)effective action derived from spherically symmetric reduction of four dimensional (4D)general relativity coupled with 4D quantized massless scalar field. The cor-responding thermodynamics quantities are obtained by using the perturbative solution. Quantum correction to the Bekenstein-Hawking entropy is shown to be of the form klnAh ( Ah is the event horizon area, k is a constant). It is interesting to note that the corrected value of the entropy depends on the quantization procedure.%从相互耦合的四维引力、单极子作用量和四维无质量标量场作用量出发,利用球对称退化的两维伸缩子理论,通过微扰方法获得了量子修正的Barriola-Vilenkin黑洞解.发现黑洞熵的量子修正要写成klnAh的形式,其中Ak是黑洞的视界面积,而常数k则依赖于量子化方法.
