建筑工程安全事故遇难者家属精神损失赔偿模型

摘要

建筑工程安全事故给遇难者家属造成的精神损失是无形的，不确定的，难以进行精确计算。本文运用投入产出理论、机会成本理论和灰色理论，以时间投入、健康投入和教育投入为指标，构建建筑工程安全事故遇难者家属精神损失灰色系统评价模型。在确定灰色局势白化值、不同年龄段有效余生、投入产出比例系数与精神损失分配系数的基础上，分析出遇难者家属精神损失与建筑工程安全事故遇难者健康等级、受教育程度、年龄分布的量化关系。该研究有助于为建筑工程安全事故赔偿提供参考。%The spirit loss in construction safety accidents is studied as a grey system due to its clear extension and undefined connotation. With time input, health input and education input as its assessment index, the model is established by adopting input-output theory, human source investment theory and grey theory. Then, according to the white value of grey condition, the valid survival of different ages, the coefficient of input-output ratio and the distribution coefficient of spirit loss, the quantitative relationship is given between the spirit loss and victims’ health grade, education degree and age distribution.
