凝聚釜机械密封轴套传动失效分析

摘要

In view of the problem of transmission failure between the main shaft of agglomerating kettle and the mechanical seal, from the analysis of the transmission mechanism between the main shaft and the mechanical seal, it was pointed out that the clearance of the sleeve's deformation caused by compression did not match with the shaft and the sleeve, and corresponding treatment measures were proposed.%针对凝聚釜主轴与机械密封传动失效问题, 从主轴与机械密封传动机理分析原因出发, 通过理论受力计算及ANSYS有限元软件分析, 指出轴套受压锁紧形变和轴与轴套间隙不匹配是造成机械密封轴套传动失效的主要原因, 并提出了相应的处理措施.
