对影响高职院校学生排球运动员发球技术心理因素的研究

摘要

本文以天津多所高职院校排球专项学生为调研对象,对影响高职学生排球运动员发球技术的心理因素进行了研究.通过对教师和学生的调查分析,得出以下结论:天津高职院校多数排球专项学生都认识到心理因素在排球比赛中的重要性,排球专项学生对心理因素在排球比赛中的作用认知侧重点不同,认知率较高的是稳定技术发挥水平、增强自信和提高赛场应变能力.对良好心理因素的作用认知不全面,多数排球专项学生都认为发球技术对比赛有影响.高职学生排球运动员比赛时发球心理的客观因素出现多样化特征,其中排在前三位的是得失分速度加快、比赛时间缩短和比赛节奏的变化.发球技术的熟练程度、注意力不集中和情绪控制能力差是影响高职学生排球运动员比赛时发球心理的客观因素.%The paper discusses the psychological fators affecting volleyball players, based on valleyball students on many higher vocational Colleges in Tianjin as the research object. such as psychological factors affecting the students in vocational college. Through investigation and analysis of teachers and students, the following conclusions: tianjin vocational colleges most volleyball students realize the importance of psychological factors in volleyball, volleyball students to recognize the role of psychological factors in volleyball focus is different, is not high stable technology level, strengthen confidence and improve the ability of strain field. For good psychological factors the role of cognitive is not comprehensive, most volleyball students believe that serve for the game. Students in vocational college volleyball players when the game psychology of objective factors appear diversified characteristics, one of the top three is better speed, shorter time and the change of rhythm game.
