基于校企合作的高职学生职业素养培养策略--以物流管理专业为例

Occupation accomplishment of college students has attracted much attention from all circles of society, based on the analysis of occupation literacy training for higher vocational students present situation, emphasizes the necessity of Higher Vocational Colleges occupation accomplishment, put forward from the school level, the establishment of training students' occupation quality of higher vocational education system pattern; from the professional level, design into higher vocational students occupation quality cultivation the talent training scheme; from the school enterprise cooperation level, strategy training to establish occupation accomplishment evaluation system of Higher Vocational students.%高职学生的职业素养问题备受社会各界关注，文章在分析高职学生职业素养培养现状的基础上，强调了高职院校进行职业素养培养的必要性，提出了从学校层面，确立高职学生职业素养培养的系统格局；从专业层面，设计融入高职学生职业素养培养的人才培养方案；从校企合作层面，建立高职学生职业素养评价体系的培养策略。
