基于两型社会的湖南低碳科技公共服务平台建设发展现状及对策研究

摘要

低碳科技创新是大力发展低碳经济、积极建设两型社会的关键。本文在对"两型社会"建设重要时期的湖南低碳科技公共服务平台建设发展现状及问题进行深入分析的前提下，对湖南低碳科技公共服务平台建设提出相应的对策建议。以期为湖南积极发展低碳科技公共服务平台提供科学依据和参考。%The low-carbon technology innovation is the key to develop a low-carbon economy, and actively building the two-oriented society. Based on the analysis of Hunan Public Service Platform of low-carbon technology development status and issues in the important period of“two-oriented society”,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed for the construction of Hunan low carbon technology public service platform, which provide Hunan low-carbon technology public service platform with scientific basis and reference.
